    I am with you. I feel like it is only my business. I have told my boss, but only because I am going to be out of work for a bit. Then my husband and best friend. I just feel like it is something so personal, and I don't want to hear the judgements of a decision that I have already made. (With my research, education, and thought.) You do you.

    I have been drinking the Premier Protein drinks. You can get them at Wal-Mart or Sam's Club. They have a variety of flavors, all of which are yummy. They are also pre-made, which is really convenient.
