  1. I feel your pain. I had my first scrambled egg yesterday and was pretty much in misery most of the day. I didn't overcook the egg so it was still moist, I ate it slowly and chewed like no one's business. I got very full very fast and couldn't even finish it. After eating I felt as if I had gravel churning in my little stomach (I had VSG). I had been craving eggs since the pre-op liquid diet and so looked forward to this day but it wasn't all I had hoped for. Today I'm sticking to smoother things, like greek yogurt with some unflavored protein powder and it's going much better and have been doing pretty good getting my liquids in.
