How can you tell someone that they can msg you anytime if you have any questions but when you do they tell you that you’re getting way too ahead of yourself and to slow down ?! Like seriously it was a question...honestly it really discouraged me and made me feel some type of way

So my insurance approved my referral, it was put in on Thursday I believe and got approved Friday. They gave me no issues or run around a which is surprising because I have IEHP and ya know how that goes lol. I got an appointment at Western Bariatric on Valentines Day lol how ironic. Any who what goes on in the first visit? What else will I need to officially be cleared for surgery and to get an official surgery date?

Okay thank you, it’s just I wanna make sure that if I have to do it Myself i do it but if they need to do it just let them I just want to be on the safe side

When do I need to do this? Is it before the referral from my doctor gets put in or will I need the Info submitted with it??

My doctor said he would send the referral in, how long does that usually take ?

Okay y’all so I saw my dr today and he said he put in the referral today, with it I added my WW attendance...what’s next? How long until I know?

Okay so I’m order to attend the seminar I need approval or something from my PD ? Cause some one else told me I can attened ahead of time so when I’m done with WW I won’t have to wait longer to do the seminar?

I’m waiting to finish my weight watchers but i heard they require a seminar? Is this true?

Is that the only surgeon u know in saint B’s ?

Anyone know any surgeons in the Redlands area that will do the surgery through IEHP ?

Really?! I didn’t know we can do that. When I called Iehp I asked if it will affect me not going and they said no? I’m hoping that’s the case. Do you mind sending me more info about the seminar?(:

Okay I’m almost done with weight watchers, I haven’t gone for a month but a because they said they’ve been backed up on sending the coupons and still I have to wait two to three weeks to get more. As of now I know that I have hypothyroidism I believe it’s that one I’m not positive lol and I’ve had back surgery in 2015 but I had x rays done and i guess they seen something wrong so they sent me to get an mri

How do I know who’s my surgeon? Or how do I get one that accepts my insurance?

SO Do I have to make appointment with a surgeon or ?? That’s what I’m confused about? Do I make them or do I wait to talk to my doctor? I send in proof of my weight progress to my insurance every month so I’m not it sure how to go about the rest. I’m so upset because I’m supposed to be done in February but they’re backed up with sending coupons and I need them to go check in the weight loss program (Weight Watchers) I go every week but haven’t gone for about three weeks bf turns out they’re backed up about three weeks so I have to wait even longer
