  1. I miss veggies so much already. I really hope to find a way to integrate them into my meals. I am not a big meat eater so I really don't want to lose my veggies. Sliced tomatoes sound yummy!
  2. Zucchini sounds great! I was maybe going to sauté some spiralized zucchini. Thanks
  3. That is awesome! I haven't had any problems yet except I had to drink vegan protein shakes to avoid nausea.
  4. Thanks for your input! I would love some salad but I will probably wait a few weeks. I hope at some point broccoli and cauliflower and raw carrots sit well with me.
  5. Thanks! I love Brussels sprouts! I was considering slicing them super thin and roasting some.
  6. Thanks! I bought a sweet potato to cook. Sounds yummy
  7. Thanks!! I didn't want to jump into a food that will not sit well yet. Carrots and green beans sound like a good start.
  8. Tomorrow I will be 4 weeks out and can eat whatever I am able to. What were you eating at 4 weeks? Are there veggies that are easier to tolerate? When did you start eating lettuce? Raw veggies? When did you start tolerate quinoa and grains? My Dr is pretty sold on very low carbs and limited plant based proteins so they want patients to focus on animal proteins. How long did you take protein shakes? Sorry for so many questions. I really want to be plant based and am craving veggies. Thanks!!
