  1. I agree, I'm only 10 days post op, and my main focus is following Dr.'s orders to the letter! I want to heal good inside, as I read about the potential complications if things are progressed too quickly. I'm taking short walks outside, progressed to around the block (slowly) once or twice daily. That really helps too!
  2. I'm having pretty much the same experience, but also felt like I was needing to take Miralax. I did, it really helped with the gas, but had me rushing to the bathroom (a bit too effective). I tried calling the nutritionist, but was too late in the day to get a reply if things are as should be expected. Sounds like we're on the right track. My surgery was 9/5.
