  1. Hi I started this journey in December 2016 at 316 lbs. My insurance requires a 4 month weight mgmt program with nutritionist and that I could not gain any weight. I have been on a liquid diet for 2 weeks and have only lost 8 lbs. I'm diabetic and I swear my metabolism is shot. Regardless of what I eat I seem to not be able to lose any significant weight. I have a lot of pain in both knees which need to be replaced and back pain. So exercising has been very limited for me. I'm getting nervous and excited at the same time. I can't wait to start this new lifestyle and hopefully eliminate some of the pain and medicine I currently take.

  3. Hi all I'm in MD right outside of DC. I'm scheduled for a gastric bypass 7/11. I'm about to start my liquid diet. It's getting real now. I can't wait to have a new beginning and healthy me.
  4. Hello the decision for WLS is not an easy decision. I have been contemplating this for 4 years. I'm ready for a new healthy life. My gastric bypass is scheduled for 7/11 I'm nervous but excited also. Good luck to everyone.
