  1. I really haven't been weighing myself. I went to my follow up appointment with the surgeon. He said I should have lost more weight. I try to stay off the scale.
  2. I had the gastric sleeve surgery on June 14th. I am 2 weeks post op. I've only lost 3lbs. I'm following the diet from the nutritionist. I'm not exercising yet but I am waking. I'm getting in the 64oz of water. I'm taking in 500-600 calories and 60-90 gm of protein. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?
  3. I had gastric sleeve surgery June 14, 2017. I'm 2 weeks post op today and I've only lost 3lbs. I've followed my diet I'm not exercising yet but I do walk. I'm probably consuming 500-600 calories a day. I'm getting the 64oz of water and anywhere between 60-90 gm protein. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this?
  4. I'm an administrative assistant, I only took 1 week off. I felt fine after the first few days. For me 1 week was just right. Any longer I would have been bored out my mind.
  5. I know it's not easy, but you'll defiantly want to get some of that organizing and cleaning out the way before. My whole process to get sleeved went pretty fast now that I think about it. My first consult with the surgeon was April 13th and my surgery was June 14th. My authorization from the insurance company only took 1day.
  6. I have fibromyalgia and was sleeved on June 14, 2017. However, it's to early to tell. I can tell you I'm not having extra pain from surgery that I didn't already have before, which is one things I was worried about. I'm hoping with some weight dropping off it will be less painful to move and exercise. My rheumatologist says the best thing for fibromyalgia is sleep and exercise. Fingers crossed ??
  7. Feeling a little better everyday. I'm getting bored being at home. I'm not used to this. Haha
  8. I had mine done the same day as you. I won't be able to start a full liquid diet until the 22nd. So, I'm sip, sip, sipping. Good thing I'm not hungry.
  9. I'm having the same thing happen to me.
  10. I seem to take broth down the easiest. I can't do anything really cold yet. I noticed the clear proteins I liked pre-op, I no longer tolerate. I'm be fine when I can do full liquids I think.
  11. I'm supposed to do clear liquids the first week then add in the full liquids starting week 2. I too have issues with cold liquids.
  12. I sure hope so. I think it will be easier when I can add in protein shakes. I like the premier protein.
  13. I'm 3 days post-op. I'm having problems with drinking and keeping clear liquid protein down. Any suggestions?
  14. I'm feeling the same way. I'm on my third day of the liquid diet. It's getting a little easier. It's coming up quick though. [emoji16]
  15. My surgery day is the 14th too.
  16. I'm feeling the same way. My surgery is the 14th too. I started my liquid diet today.
  17. I'm also scheduled for 6/14/17 here in Michigan.
  18. Getting sleeved on June 14th. I start a liquid 1 week before on June 7th.
  19. Sleeved on June 14th
