    Hello lola70, Don't worry, you are on the right track. I am also 3 months post op and have lost 21 kgs (46 pounds). I keep speaking to my surgeon just to make sure I am on the right track, and he assures me that I am losing weight well. Besides, everyone has a different experience, but if you really have a doubt about your weight loss, you can always consult your surgeon.
