  15. I’m 14 months post opp. Haven’t had pulled pork yet, has anyone else if so how did it affect you? Doctor said I’ll be fine but I’m still a little nervous to try (and yes I still call him about every and any little food question [emoji23][emoji23]) Current weight: 170
  16. Hope everyone had a good Valentine’s Day. Did anyone have candy honestly? Went out for dinner had grilled salmon, didn’t touch potato or beans. Had 2 chocolate covered strawberries. Last Valentine’s Day I was 2 months post opp and didn’t have anything. Crazy to reflect on my journey sometimes. Ohh and proud to say I had no candy since I chose to have the strawberries [emoji4]
  17. Thank you I will deff check them out! The only protein shake I can tolerate is premiere so it’ll be good to try different things! I was 316, and I am currently 170 I was sleeved on 12/14/16
  18. They lying like hell if they say no lol! It deff does.l was 316, when I hit my one year I was 180. I got to 170 and haven’t moved in weeks. It will only go up and go back to 170. I can’t get past it still till this day. So just think long term, have carbs later

  20. Yes exactly! Honestly I was under the impression I wouldn’t be able to drink again but I had a doctors visit recently and he said I can have wine but try not to drink it too often as I’m doing well with my progress. I was worried I wouldnt be able to drive also but I was fine and What’s RNY??
