Hi guys today marks one year since I was sleeved. It was quite the journey but I'm so glad I took it. Whenever I have to scroll on here or ask a question I always see people saying they don't have a support system. I didn't either.. I only had one person which was my mom. All you need is ONE person. It can be your doctor, parents, sibling, spouse etc. Don't let anyone or their opinions stop you from changing your life for the better. I'm glad I didn't fall into that trap. Today marks one year since I have been sleeved. It was quite the journey. [emoji173]️ SW: 316 CW: 172.3 (I weigh myself weekly because I've been eating too many damn carbs lately. Sorry I'm not perfect and idc if you judge me!) Measurements: 32-27-40 No plastic surgery has been done YET lol! Went out to eat with my mother today as she was the only one who stuck by my side with this surgery, my only support. I couldn't love and thank her enough.
