  1. I lost huge amounts of Water weight after surgery, but it almost doesn't matter. Unless I change my life, it all comes back sooner or later. This is the second surgery I have gone through, so I know first hand that surgery doesn't cure your brain, only you can. Respect the process, and it will all come off. But equal to it coming off, is keeping it off through lifestyle changes.
  2. I too am stalled. Can't complain, but it is playing with my head a little. I also noticed I am not as diligent with my program as well because I was losing and cheating over the holidays a little bit. Nothing crazy, but I think it gave me false sense of security. I am now getting back to the basics- Thanks for sharing
