yes I do, I eat Beans, Kale chips, Spinach and red meats, I've always had anemia but since the surgery it got worse. My hemoglobin was down to 25, after the infusions it was 52. I couldn't tell the difference in how I felt.. I felt fine with low count, I was usually at 35.I just made myself some beans from scratch. Soaking 'em, fussing over 'em, the works. M mmmm good.
