    I have BCBS -OH and my daughter and I both are in our 4th month of the supervised diet. She is 22 with a bmi of 40 with asthma. I am 49 with a bmi of 36 with degenerative disc disease (fusion surgery)back pain, arthritis,sleep apnea (home test tomorrow to find out if its considered mild or severe) dvt, gallbladder removed due to gallbladder disease. I know these are not severe comobibtities which is why I'm concerned. Has anyone ever had their insurance approve 2 family members at the same time ?
