  1. Every day gets better and better. I've decreased pain meds and feel pretty good. Lots if tummy noises that my kids get a kick out of. Now I'm researching ideas for the next phase. I found a great blog with great ideas and recipes called world according to eggface. Check it out. I think the next phase lasting four weeks for me may be a bit of a challenge but challenge accepted.   10. My surgery was yesterday. Doing great. I was told I had Post op nausea pretty bad by don't remember it at all. As long as I keep up in pain meds I'm great. Second day into my journey and I and walked a mile. Not too shabby. Sending positive vibes to all. I hope my journey continues on the path I've started. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  11. I walked almost 1/4 of a mile today starting about 6 hours after surgery. Every time I got up for any reason I walked the halls 1-3 times. 27 laps around was 1 mile. If my pain meds were given on time I feel well, if I was not on top of it that was when she I had pain. That would be my one piece of advice. Keep up with pain meds in a timely manor.   18. I'm looking for something that's close to being consistently accurate. I've bought scales in the past that you can can get three very different reading.
