  11. Hello, my name is Arianna, I'm 21 years old. Soon I will be receiving the gastric sleeve in September. I am going on my final year of college, and I return to school in August. I have met my surgeon, and soon I have my psych and nutrition evaluation. As I stated before, I am scheduled to have the surgery in September. These are a few questions I was wondering, and wanted to know what your experience was and how did you handle it, as well as any advice. *Has anyone had the surgery that was around my age? *Has anyone gone through the surgery while they were in school? *How long will I be out of school/work? *What foods worked best for you, and what foods were horrible? *What Vitamins should I be taking? *What exercises are best? *How do I make sure I get my adequate amounts of Protein and Water? *Will I have loose skin? *Did any of your weight related problems go away? And any advice? Thank you all for you help and answers. I really appreciate it <3
  12. I was wondering about this same thing. I have arthritis in my knee as well as an torn ACL, and I occasionally smoke marijuana when the pains come in my knee. I don't experience having the munchies, I usually eat one thing after and I am all set. What are your thoughts on this?
