  1. I had my surgery on July 8th. Are you getting at least 60 grams of protein a day? Protein is important so your body will use stored fat as energy. I was scared to poop also, you can get over the counter stool softener called col-rite, helped me out tons! Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App
