  2. Took mine for about four days, then started Tylenol, last night my incisions (the biggest two) were really hurting, I couldn't get comfortable, I tossed and turned until 2am and finally gave in and took my pain med, but that was the first time, and yesterday was the most active I've been. I walk everyday, but I did some light housework, took it easy today and just laid around.... headed for my walk now!!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. So is mine, I do really well with low fat cream Soups and yogurt, thin creamy stuff, I can tolerate 2 oz, but the puréed meats, I can only tolerate an ounce. I haven't tried eggs yet. But love cream of wheat!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. Congratulations !!!! You won't regret it!! I'm new... had mine on the 8th of December..... best decision ever!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. You will do just fine Christina, I was sacred and nervous too!!!! But I've had other surgeries before, and this was by far the easiest time I had. Just be sure to get up and walk as soon as you can after and continue moving around, so the gas doesn't settle, that's so uncomfortable !!!! My son (who is an RN at the hospital where I had my surgery) had me up and walking hours after. The worst pain I felt, was like I was kicked in the stomach or like I had done tons of crunches, but that was it, nothing major!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  6. Totally understand, I'm there too!! Cream of wheat is my go to.... I use the Fairfield milk, it has 9% Protein per serving. And the Greek yogurt thinned out with Protein shake is pretty good Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  10. Believe me... I would have loved to bite a piece of turkey, but just to be able to "eat" something was wonderful. And I think of all I've heard about people who have eaten and have gotten sick, I don't want to go down that road!! I'm sticking to my plan Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
