    I live in Richmond, VA and I have been battling my weight the majority of my life. Just like most people I would lose about 40-50lbs but gain it back plus more. I finally made the decision to get weight loss surgery. I am very excited and optimistic about my future but there is one thing that I don't have.....a SUPPORT SYSTEM. I don't have very many friends and the friends I do have live hours away. My parents are supportive but they live 14 hours away. I found this app and have been browsing through and I'm excited to find people that can relate and can help me along the way. Next month will be the end of my 6 month supervised diet requirement. I have met my surgeon and a nutrionist. The only other requirement needed is my psych evaluation. I'm soooo close!
