    So I'm in my bosses office one day and he says to another gentleman on a telephone call " yeah that guy is probablly sitting down there talking to all of those fat women"-- and then looks at me and says "OH, no offense Tina"...
     
    I'm like "WHAT?????????" what the heck did that mean?
     
    THEN later that same week he asked me to drive us to a lunch meeting - he steps in my car and has to move McDonalds bags out of the way...... "Uh, you really shouldn't eat that stuff you know......" and I say - THEY'RE NOT MINE---(we both knew better) ---
     
    I WAS SO MAD--- until I realized he was right......
     
    So --- after some serious self realization, looking at the handfull of medicationi I was on, remembering all of the diet traps, accessing my family "genes" - I decided to do something about it - and the research began.... the decision wasn't hard - Feb 5 08 - I did it.... and so the journey began...
