I do sip every couple of min also....Even if the Water is cold once i sip it, it doesnt seem to sooth it so that why i also chew the ice...Im getting enough water for sure...I just didnt know if there were any sugar free candy, or something any1 could suggest....Congrats on ur year success :0) i cant wait.... Im on my 2nd week since surgery day for my sleeve and i have a constant thurst i cannot quench and its making me miserable...I drink and chew on ice all day but the minute, i mean minute its out of my mouth, im dry and soooo thursty...Please give me suggestions...TIA :0) Sent from my SM-N910P using the BariatricPal App
