  2. Nectar is the best! They have lots of flavors and they are fruity too. Even sweets. It's thin and goes down well. I had 64 grams today. Finally. Now I just need to finish my liquids to complete 64 ounces. Earlier I replied to Pup and have her a number she can call to get a sample pack for nectar. Maybe you should call too just to try it out. I'm sure you'll love it too Thank you I definitely will try the number I'm going to have to make a run to GNC tomorrow see what I can get sample wise to hold me over so frustrating Sent from my iPhone using BariatricPal Yes, thanks for that number! I have not experienced any gas pains or nausea Last night I wanted something fun so I grabbed a sugar free popsicle, boy was that delicious!!!!! It's been 6 days since I've had a BM.....I guess I'm ok with that. I haven't felt the need to go yet. Keep up the good work everyone, oh, and for the couple of you that have shat yourself .....I would take that any day over being constipated. I have not experienced constipation on this journey but I have experienced it in the past, it's horrible. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

  13. The drain doesn't hurt, there's a significant amount of stuff that drains out of it so I guess I'm glad that's coming out. They say it's a good color. I just always wonder how some doctors can get along without it and some doctors think it's a really great idea. I have come home with it. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App I had prune juice and was ok just make sure you dilute it with Water... I had 1 oz 2 times a day and it really helped to get BM goingDoes prune juice come unsweetened? I like prune juice but I've never had to read the label before Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

  20. Hey there all you losers! I'm 15 hours post-op!!! last night I just needed to sleep. Today I've gotten in a couple walks and 2 oz Water, 2 oz popsicle, and now working on 2 oz of Apple juice. I had a nausea patch, so so thankful for that......So I'm in good shape there. I started using morphine today and I feel pretty good. Luckily no gas pains unless morphine is just masking it. Haven't been able to pee yet either. Hubby spent the night with me so I was lucky to keep this private room. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

  24. Hi Pup, curious as to why you chose RNY over sleeve? Feel free to message me if you prefer? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I guess I picked it because I saw a chart showing the long term weight loss seem to be a little better with the RNY. I have second-guessed myself along this journey so far but when I told the doctor that's what I wanted and the nurses along the way they all acted like it was a great idea, it's been around longer 2. I think if anywhere along the Route somebody would have just said to me maybe you should get the sleeve I would have went that route, but I'm so psyched now I wouldn't change a thing. That's really a great question because I always wonder why people decide to go with the sleeve Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
