  1. Hey folks - I'm brand new to this forum. After months of research and (im)patiently waiting, my surgery is set! I'm scheduled for SIPS on March 10th 2016 in Raleigh, NC. I'll start my liver reduction diet in about a week. In the meantime, I'm enjoying my last few sips of Coke Zero, while I can. Super stoked about this new chapter and finally having the tools to work the weight loss, after an entire life of being heavy. It's all I've ever known, but I'm really looking forward to a new lifestyle. Anyway, I'll refrain from getting into some heavy-duty topics for now. I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi!
