  1. Just an update: Had the hospital nurse call today to go over medical history. I have all pre-op labs and tests scheduled for Oct 5. These next few weeks are gonna fly by too fast. For the longest time I have been planning and all of a sudden I feel like I have nothing in place.
  2. @@CHLOE12 I know what you mean. It's like you're definitely excited for this upcoming major change in your life, but then you stop for a second and start second guessing yourself like, Ohh crap can I really do this..!!!??? But we all can get over this hurdle and start living a healthier lifestyle. You got this!!!
  3. Hello everyone, I'm new to this. I'm having the sleeve Oct 13 in Kettering, OH!!!
  4. Congrats on receiving your surgery date. That's so exciting and nerve racking all at the same time. I had my last pre-op visit today and now I'm just waiting on the surgery scheduler in my doctors office to call me. She's already scheduling for October so I'm assuming my surgery will be sometime then.
  5. Is a 1 or 2 week liquid diet before surgery the norm? I talked to a coworker who had her sleeve and our Dr. only had her do a liquid diet 24 hrs before surgery?
