  1. I tried decaf a week after surgery and that lasted a week til i switched to regular drip coffee. I drink 1 cup a day in the morning with no problems.
  2. Sounds good to me. It will slow eventually. Ride the wave. I dont know how much you weigh though. You might want to start a ticker so we can all see your progress.
  3. I was told tuna with a dash of low fat mayo was okay. I havent tried smoked salmon, but Yum it sounds good.
