  5. I was just wondering the same thing I had one nutritionist tell me to give up coffee but I told my doc that I do the kcup cappuccinos he said that was fine

  9. I do the dance yourself thin video on YouTube it's really great and I lost 22lbs when I was doing it. I hurt my back and had to stop but hoping to start again soon after surgery
  10. I read somewhere that you can not eat salad after surgery is that true?

  12. Oh no that's what I am afraid will happen with the sleeve is that I gain all the weight back cause in the 2000's the band was the new hot thing kinda like the sleeve now. Which is why I asked my surgeon for the RNY but he said that the sleeve is much safer I will be devastated if I go through all of this and gain it all back ????. Was supposed the get the ban in 2011 it was canceled last minute glad I didn't getting sleeved on Tuesday just can't stop thinking about the surgery not working. But it looks like a lot of people had good results with it on this site so I'm hoping for the same
  13. This happened to me I must say I was a bit sad I had a tummy tuck a few years back he said it would make things more complicated
