  1. The problem with eating solid protein is I will over eat. I would rather have my smoothie because I am not hungry again until 4-5 hours later. By then it's time for my lunch. I will talk to my Lapland dr on my next appt.
  2. No.. Not pre opt, and I could eat more but I am choosing not to. I get a little hungry, I'll just have a sugar free jello or Popsicle. My smoothies are packed with spinach, protein powder, flax seed, and frozen tropical fruits.

  4. Needing to know is it bad to only have 2 protein smoothies, one for breakfast, and one for dinner. I'll have a grilled chicken salad for lunch.
