  1. I understand exactly what you mean. Sometimes I think "Why couldn't I have done this on my own?" etc. I stop and think about all the times I lost weight....just to regain it again. I think maybe the $ have a lot to do with it. I don't have to pay for the entire lapband but 30% of it. I feel guilty about having to spend this money when my family could use it. I'm hoping that the lapband will help me to stop overeating or restrict me when I'm feeling emotional, stressed, etc. Now I seem to be able to eat enough for a family of 5.... :pop2:
  2. Hi Ellisa and kellym! I'm having my band placed on 12/18 also! I'm in Denver! I'm nervous and excited! Excited to finally lose this weight. Nervous because I'm still uncertain about the food I'll be able to eat. (and not eat)
