Meds that increase appetite
Unfortunately changing isn't going to be an option. I've had anxiety/depression my whole life, I'm 46 now. I've tried them all. Now it's become a matter of finding the least side effects but what works. Wellbutrin does nothing. I wish it did. I've finally found a great combination.

Meds that increase appetite
Hi everyone. I had my sleeve 1 1/2 years ago and hit goal for the most part. In the perfect world I would be down another 8 lbs. but I am 5'7" tall and weigh 163 lbs. from 247 lbs. I recently started a new med called Latuda for anxiety to go with my Lexapro. I've been on Lexapro for years and I'm used to the side effects. It's been for the most part weight neutral for me. From what I've read, the Latuda is supposed to be weight neutral, however I think it has increased my appetite a bit. My question for those of you on meds that increase your appetite is, what have you done to combat this? I've done so well and I feel great on the meds but don't want to gain. Suggestions??

You know you lost weight when
I can relate to so so many of these. One of my favorites is, "oh my God, who knew you had such a long neck!?" LOL

Fell off the Bandwagon
I also fell off for about a month. Nothing horrible but I knew what was happening. I reminded myself that this is how I got here in the first place and looked at some old pictures. That set me straight. Try to remember how you got here and that you don't want to feel that way again. It's going to be a life long journey but who's stronger, food or you?

Having the poop issues again
I have the same issues at 4 1/2 months out. I was using milk of magnesia 2x a week but my Doc said to try metamucil 2 x a day. That seems to be working. Its frustrating!

HELP!
I fell off the wagon mostly because Im hungry a lot. Now I'm having a hard time getting back on. I haven't gained but I haven't lost in a month. Im just hungry a lot. If I eat chicken and broccoli it fills me up but I'm hungry an hour or so later. I'm eating about 4-5 ounces at a meal but found myself caught in the slider food track. Advice?

Help!
Hi all. I am 3 months out from sleeve and down 43 lbs. I have two problems. One is that I am in a stall for almost 3 weeks. The second is that since Christmas, I am a little more hungry than I should be. I still can only fit about 4oz or so in but I get hungry quicker. Greek yogurt doesnt satisfy me. I seem to need more solid food to feel full. I'm thinking I'm not getting enough Protein. Should I eat more chicken? Also, Does anyone know how fast you can stretch your stoma? I know a few times I didn't chew well enough and I paid for it.

I had an "aha" moment finally (with pics)
This is the first time I am writing on a sleeve forum. This was the first article I really related to. I realized this morning that I am in control. Only ME! food does not control me. I control it. I am 3 months post sleeve and lost 44 lbs. I want to lose another 35. I am stalled for about 2-3 weeks but I need to remember this happens and not to get frusterated. I am in control. P.S. Giants girl looks awesome! I'm from Buffalo, you won't see me in a Bill's jersey anytime soon! lol
