  1. Thanks all, noticed some lovely autocorrects in my first post lol....surgery in the am, gotta love the liquid diet....
  2. I've been fighting this battle since I was pretty much 19 years old. The ups and the downs of the yo-yos, the weight-loss products diets....so I finally decided that it was time to ask for and I went for the lapband. Unfortunately it was pretty evident right away that this was not going to be the right tool for me as no matter what they did, the fill was never correct and I was either throwing up or still able to eat as before the surgery. I lost my health insurance about a yearning and and so here I am food years later.... finally with new insurance and able to get the band removed and get my sleeve. 30 years of fighting a uphill battle....I really hope this is going to be the right tool for me.
