  1. I am 1 week post op and also had to do the 2 week full liquid pre-op and did Unjury Chocolate shakes 2 times daily and soup at night. (No veggies like you) My soup could be hearty soup, even turkey chili, just not cream based soups. It was tough the first 4 days. No stomach issues ever I just wanted to chew something and as much as I loved the shakes, I was soooooo tired of them after the first week. I never in my life looked so forward to soup in my entire life! Lol! After, much of the same but it's easier because you don't want to eat. At least I haven't. I had the Plication with the band.
  2. Thanks. I have a feeling this is the reason for the pain but never knew how painful it really was (sharp pain) because I've never really had bowel issues. Thanks for your reply!
  3. I am on day 7 of my iBand surgery and I have this fairly constant pain in my lower left side from underneath my ribs down to my lower tummy. Last night it felt like something was moving and twisting and it hurt to even walk. Better today, but when I sit or lay a certain way or sometimes when I walk it's a really sharp pain. Normal? Since I have not had a BM and given the horrible gas, could that be the problem? My follow up post op is tomorrow but just kinda worried. Any help on this would be fabulous!
