  1. My starting weight was 260. I feel great, but I am very careful about what I eat. I have trouble keeping food down, even though my restriction is very low 4.5 cc. I spoke to Nancy yesterday, she keeps telling me to chew, chew. I am happy that I did it, it is going well, I hope that I can keep it up. I just discovered this forum, I am glad that I did, now I know how other people feel and are doing.
  2. I was banded on August 16, 2007. I have lost 29 lbs and I feel great. I think the clinic is great and I had a really good experience. I find Jill (the nutrionist) really helpful, but I have to say all of the staff is terrific. I hadn't thought about going to the Open House on November 30th, but now that I am reading about it, I think I might.
