  2. So it's a half nsv/ half sv...I'm only 20 lbs from a "normal" weight/bmi...I don't remember the last time I could say that. It's funny because I am really quite pleased with my weight now, my personal goal is just 3 pounds more, and now I am a bit curious...just a nice "dilemma" to have I just realized I'm posting in the wrong forum...I just saw nsvs and got excited lol.

  5. this made me smile so hard! i can just imagine the person being like, no maam, this is not you...you can't fool me! i would have been so tickled!
  6. 171...lol so I'm thinking my goal might be unrealistic!! i just wanna see a 6 after my 1! and apologies for the lateness...thank you
  7. totally agree with loving yourself leading to success...no shade to some on here, but i read some talking about hating their "former" selves...that's still your body that's worthy of dignity and respect. losing weight doesn't solve that hatred...loving yourself does.

  14. Did you say yes?No... I didn't because there's a fireman pursuing me since before my surgery and if and when I decide to go out it will most likely be him first. It's a men in the uniform thing ???? in the meantime I will enjoy getting healthier and enjoy the side effects of looking sexier ???? Update: have started accepting invites for drinks now. First date of course was with the fireman. It was lovely and he has talked about a second date. Also, I had coffee date with another gentleman whom I find very attractive this week. Both these guys have known me since before my surgery. And I had a great time conversing and laughing with both. get it girlfriend! Sent from my SM-N910F using the BariatricPal App

  20. my sister was in the process of rny when she told me about it years ago. i was terrified...my only hospital stay was when my mom was pushing me out lol. but she decided not to do it, and i decided to do it. now, i hope that my success will motivate her like she previously motivated me, but i truly don't force it.
  21. nsv in real time! i'm on the crowded morning train, saw one open seat in a cluster of 4, so i had to step over 3 ppl and i fit in the seat like a boss...would have just stood months ago i'm feeling like a pro at this skinny girl stuff lmao!
