Im so worried about everything going well during the procedure

I only told 4 coworkers and my husband. Thats it for now.

Are yall added ice with the protein shakes. To make like a smoothie? I haven't had my surgery yet and these shakes taste so nasty unless I make it like a smoothie. Do yall think it will be ok to drink it cold like a smoothie after surgery.
