    Hi, I am also on Nov. 4th. Just started the liquid pre-op diet yesterday. I'm hungry. My only worry about the surgery is the nausea. General Anesthesia always makes me pukey!

    I am in Wisconsin and we have ForwardHealth. Medicaid. You can find out your requirements on-line. I would add though, I was at first denied. But when I notified them that I wanted an appeals hearing all of a sudden they decided to approve my surgery. Didn't have to go to appeals. So if at first you don't succeed, TRY AGAIN.
