  1. Wednesday I received the pre-approval as a good candidate for a lap band from Dr Weaver in Memphis, TN.
     
    Today I saw my PCP doctor and she faxed copies of my medical record to Dr. Weaver. She is typing up a formal referral letter for insurance purposes. She is also referring me for an Upper-GI as requested by Dr. Weaver.
     
    I will look for my psychologist this week to have my evaluation and MMPI completed.
     
    Hopefully in the next 2 weeks I will have what I needed sent to Dr. Weaver so I can make an appointment to see the Nutritionist and Dr Weaver.
     
    Here I go...to join the Banders Club.
