    Thank you for all of the encouraging responses! I am looking forward to some positive changes and counting down the days. Can't believe my surgery is down to 1 week away!

    Hi, I'm new and my surgery is scheduled for next Tues. I'm getting very nervous but have done a lot of research and preparation for this. I started thinking about this last November when I turned 46 and realized I had been struggling with my weight for 25 years with diet and exercise and it was time to do something different. I'm pretty sure I've made the right decision because I have 125 lbs to lose. Very nervous though!
