  1. Hey there! I too am considering the VSG. I had the lap band back in 2006 and had it removed in approx. 2009 due to all of the complications. So, I'm glad you asked this question because i'm trying to read up on peoples thoughts/input. I have a REALLLLY dumb question (since I'm new to this site)...I posted a question last night and people have responded to it (I got the alerts via email)...but i'm wondering how to get back to the post I posted so I can respond to the people who chimed in. I know...I should be able to figure this out but I cant. Is there a place that I can go to see 'my posts'? Thank you!!!
  2. Hey there! I had the Lapband in 2006 and really had a tough time with it and had it removed a couple years later. I'd like to hear from people who have had the Lapband, had it removed and then were sleeved. I'm worried that if I'm sleeved, I will have the same issues (not being able to swallow, sliming, throwing up, extreme discomfort, etc) and not be able to do anything about it (since you can't just undo it like can with the Lapband). How do the two experiences compare with one another? Thank you!!!
