  1. My blood work back in July showed antibodies for H.Pylori, I had a follow-up breath test which was negative. The culture from the endoscopy in October was also negative. How did they find yours? blood work, breath test or endoscopy?
  2. Mine is on the 28th, I'm nervous, excited and can't wait to get it done!
  3. Watching it now as well. I really want to punch Gareth.
  4. When I get to my goal, I plan to start taking private pilot lessons. Learning to fly is something I've always wanted to do! I'll likely wait until I'm totally off diabetes meds and get another sleep study though so I can go off my CPAP. I Would rather not have to deal with the increased FAA scrutiny while I still have a diagnosis of Apnea and Diabetes.
  5. When I started the pre surgery appointments with my nut, I switched to getting SF Vanilla Americanos "with room" for half and half instead of my normal Vanilla Latte. Much less calories and it didn't take long to adjust to the difference.
  6. First post, now that I have my date in hand, I figured I'd sign up for future support! Going in for my Gastric Sleeve on Jan 28th, I start the pre-op diet on the 14th. Pre-op diet is 3-4 protein shakes and one 260-370 calorie meal depending on how many shakes I've had.
