Was wondering how long after surgery did it take to get back into the gym? I go Beastmode so just wonder.

Next Monday the 24th can't wait! I'm excited and nervous too!

GOT THE APPROVAL CALL THIS MORNING! This time next week I will be in recovery!!!!

Good to know!! I have uhc choice plus and today is 2 weeks fingers crossed I get my letter next week! Surgery scheduled for the 24th!

Looking at March 24th @ 8 am!!!! Just gotta get the final approval from my insurance! Can't wait!

I have united health care. I called to the the surgery requirements I was told a 6 moth dr visit w/in 2 years, psych eval, seminar, place of excellence, and so on. I've done everything they asked to a t. Today I got the date for my surgery a arch 24th but now they are asking for a 5 year weight history. The problem is that I didn't have health insurance for a couple of years so I only have 3 years of dr notes, I did do weight watchers in 2010 & 2011 but they didn't record on a computer & I cannot find my book! Anyone w the same issue?

Thank you so much! I most likely will be asking you foe more info. I really need to talk to that stinkin nurse to get exact answers. I'm already ready to wait 6 months but I just don't want to do the wrong thing for 6 months.

I'm pretty new to this but I have United health care insurance thru Best Buy. It says I have to do a 6 month surpervised plan but my surgeon said no. Does anyone have experience with uhc or Optum. My Optum nurse & I have been plaing phone tag for weeks!
