    My journey to the present
  3. I had a bad weekend and ate horrible. Im having a hard time getting back on track. My hw was 297.2 Sw was 244.5 Cw is 216.2....im 5months post op and feel like I should have lost more by now. ....
  4. Hi I'm 4 1/2 months post op and I'm down 47lbs since I started the process and down 27lbs since my surgery date. I'm in a stall right now gaining muscle, losing inches, but the scale isn't moving. Long way to go. Hope I helped.
  5. Thank you! I need the encouragement and know I'm not alone. It was aggrivating weighing in this morning and measuring because I wasn't seeing a difference.
  6. I'm exercising more and have uped my protein. I still struggle getting all my protein and water in. I've been doing protein shakes to help make sure I'm getting a good amount of protein. I have to force myself sometimes to eat because I'm not hungry other days I'm fine. Nutrionist sent me a health b packet with more recommended foods so it's helping a little . I've been measuring myself and I've gained a inch in my legs from building muscle but everything else is tightening up but not losing.
  7. I'm almost 5 months post op and I'm only down 27lbs since surgery date. I weighed in 5 weeks ago for my 3 month post op appt and I haven't lost any since then. Help?!?! Any recommendations?
  8. Thank you everyone. This is all new to me and hard getting use to.
  9. I can tell im losing inches and I have been exercising more...I was wondering if that's why I haven't lost a whole lot. I see all these people who have dropped 30lbs the first 6 weeks. It just made me wonder why am I not losing.

  11. Im 1 month post op and im disappointed in my results so far. The way the nurses and doctor talked the weight was going to start falling off but I dont know of my expectations are high or if im in an adjustment period. Im down 9.9lbs since surgery and it keeps bouncing around. Ive weighed the same for 2 weeks now. Am I doing something wrong?
