    I have never posted before..I am having lap band surgery on Jan. 27, 2014. I am so excited. I feel I am on a life changing journey. I am at the end of the age limit for surgery. I feel like I am going to be reborn. Would love to know which Protein drinks everyone likes and which ones to avoid. Wishing you a blessed New Year and new life.
