My surgery was Wednesday and I've noticed warm liquids go down better as well.

Surgery was Wednesday! Everything went great, I'm extremely sore ! I had 6 cuts, and they are pretty sore. Trying to get in my water and protein but its crazy hard because I get full so fast. Had a little nausea problem the first 2 nights but not so much now. Will keep you guys posted.

I'm home from the hospital! Just took a hot shower to wash that place off me and feel 100% better . My stomach is still really sore but other then that I'm fine . I'm so ready for this journey to begin! Good luck everyone!

Had my surgery yesterday, had a pretty rough night due to nausea . I'm keeping my liquids down but have a case of the dry heaves. Hoping to go home tomorrow.

Thanks Kristina! My nerves are shot lol I know will not be getting any sleep tonight , and I'll have to get up at 4 am! Lol but I'm super excited and can't wait!

We definitely will be winners , but this winner can't wait to be loser hehe . Been along time coming I'm sooooo happy I only have a week left to get started with my journey!

Scorpio congrats! Is it what you expected? Are you on puree or still on liquids?

The biotin has helped me so far but yes I def plan on using the wraps for skin! My hair is to my booty lol I love my hair !

Laced with gold! Haha.. Have you tried the vemma chocolate shake? Its what the people on Chris Powell's show ( extreme weightloss) drink . Its awesome best tasting shake I've ever had just hope it still works post op .

Hi my name is Shannon im 27 years young and my surgery date is March 12th . I will be having my surgery @ musc in Charleston s.c. ! Would love to find some close buddies

My surgery date is March 12th and I'm going this Saturday to get a tattoo for my journey still kinda back and forth between which one I want lol but the one I'm leaning more toward is a quote " find joy in the journey" with a dandelion blowing in the wind, it kinda makes me think that I know there will be good/bad days but the joy of it all is I will get to a happy place somewhere in my journey!

Tina yes it feels like it is dragin by lol . My doctor isn't making me do the 2 week liquid diet I was shocked to find out I didn't have to . I just can't have anything after midnight the night before. I'm so excited , I've started counting down the days.

I do still have it in my system they say once you have it , its almost impossible to get it completely out your system but I can definitely tell its there BC I have the heart burn with anything I eat. I'll keep ya posted!

This has been a long, stressful process but getting my surgery date made it all real, that this is finally going to happen! I am super excited and nervous but I welcome it with open arms I can't wait to be on the post op side! Thank god for new beginnings!
