    My surgery is July 10. Today is day 6 of optifast liquid diet, not going to badly for the most part. Yesterday I was whit queasy and dizzy but I think it was because I went to long between shakes. Would you mind sharing the shopping list your doctor have you? I am also trying to get organized and would love to see if I have everything I need. Thanks. Good luck to everyone in July :-)

    Mine is July 10. On day 4 of optifast. Doing ok so far. Did not get to say goodbye to any favourite foods as I got a cancellation and had to start liquid diet as soon as I heard. Probably a good thing :-) Are you doing pre op diet?
