  1. Wow that's crazy bc I just pulled something under my left boob. I was also running around yesterday.
  2. I just ran walking on the treadmill instead of outside. . I was told at least 30 min a day so Imma do half treadmill and half elliptical. I'm also using 3 pounds hand weights. Then in like 2 weeks I'll see if I'm ready to advance.
  3. Tuna actually went down good, trying. Fish next
  4. Hopefully, mine are out now much better
  5. I've lost 11 pounds my first week. Start working out tomorrow since I'm now on puree foods, hopefully another 11 .my second week.... and to all u loose once as well so it's just not about pounds.

  9. Had my 1 week appointment down 11 pounds from the day before surgery,including the gained weight after surgery. Now time to start the gym tomorrow.

  11. Does anyone else post op almost a week or so still have their staples in? If so, are they now hurting like hell? My cuts are healing but it's like the staples have stretched my skin a little, very sore.
