  1. Does anyone else ever fear that they may have stretched the pouch above the band too much? My weight has remained steady for the past few month, no loss, no gain. I have about 2.75cc's in my 4 cc band and I am not feeling much restriction in my portions of food. I keep having these terrible thoughts that I could have stretched my pouch too much and have ruined my entire surgery!!! Sometimes I feel like I could eat and eat and eat...and others I feel very restricted but will keep eating until I am sick. I obviously still need to control my eating habits. Has anyone else felt this way? Have any comforting advice? Thanks!
