Had my finally class today . It wasn't So bad learn alot of good things. I'm mentally ready now. The road won't be easy come to far to turn around.I MET ALOT OF people today who is going from band to sleeve keep me In prayer.

got my final appointment with my surgeon tomorrow woohooHave my finally class On Saturday and I will be sleeved On Tuesday and this pre Op diet is horriblemines August 20girl I been waiting for ur post glad ur doing ok find see u On the other side a week from today wish and praying for a speedy recoverygood luckme too and this pre Op killing me the diet tht isthanks lol I've lost only . 3 pounds thts without exercisedon't feel bad I cheated too but we got to hang In there I'm On the 20th myself but its hard as heck we will be ok keep me postedthe individual measuring cups you get five different sizes for a DOLLAR measuring from cups to ounces at the DOLLAR tree good investment
