    I am just starting the process with UHC. They are telling me I need the 6 month supervised diet. I've had my consultation and first nutritionist meeting. A lady from my surgeon's office told me to call and request a case manager at UHC or something. I have 5 years established history with my PCP of BMI over 40. She thinks with that I can get it down to 3 months MWM. WIsh me luck! Jay
