    Can anyone here please tell me if they had a BMI under 40 but had 1 or more comorbidies and were able to get the sleeve. I am desperate!!! I live in Phila., PA. I have IBX Personal Choice PPO. I am 5'6" at 232lbs with BMI at 37+. I have moderate sleep apnea and have C-Pap, borderline diabetes, severe back and foot pain, GERD, high cholesterol and high triglycerides. Can someone please tell me how and where I can get the sleeve performed in Philadelphia, PA or New Jersey. Im new to this forum
