  1. Hang in there it will get better,I have been sober 13 yrs. AA is a wonderful start it will help. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
  2. I like the idea of chew and spit, wonder if you get high amount of carbs doing this.
  3. I am right there with you quit smoking Saturday, a40 year habit. My surgery date is March 6th.I am ready to get this over with. I am taking chantix, I think it is helping. Also I am bi polar I can't really even count how many pills I take now.
  4. I also have my Dr. 400 mi. Away. My first visit was very long. Of course my ins. Does not cover. I am on the Tx Mx border I would NOT go to Mexico if I didn't have to.
  5. Ready to start my new life. Kinda of scared of the surgery but,ready.
