  2. Hi! I'm Kim, 42y/o. I had my VSG on Feb 4th. Today marks one week! Day of surgery I weighed 308 (I lost 150 pounds pre-op). Weighed in today at 295! Whoohooo! I have followed my diet plan and made sure to get in all my supplements, vitamins, and protien. I feel good, and I'm walking over an hour each day. I think losing weight before surgery has helped me immensely! Trying to enjoy my decaf coffee is my biggest struggle...and the lovenox blood thinner shots! I hate those! Here's to all of you working it! Congrats!
